A City Move

DCH Contractors continues its long relationship with the 10 Rittenhouse Residential Building with an elegant update for a new owner. The main future of the project was a dry servery to anchor the large great room. Inspiration from the owner lead us to custom millwork, lighting, a full wall of stone and a corresponding accent color to give this home a feature to gather around. Wall configuration, new recessed lighting, kitchen counter top refurbishment and a fresh coat of paint completed this project as a whole
