This Project was a special custom rowhouse we renovated in 2013. As an estate sale, the owners found this severely neglected home on the verge of collapse and in desperate need of repair. We rebuilt the interior party walls and floor systems with steel columns and engineered beams to give this house a second life. Original hardwood floors and oversized windows welcome you into this classic Philadelphia row house. The galley kitchen is situated perfectly in the rear annex to step out onto a patio for a quiet city night. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms make this home easy and convenient for any city lifestyle.
