Finished for Christmas

DCH Contractors was approached by new owners of an apartment in 10 Rittenhouse. We received a renovation list and a timeline to be completed by Christmas. This project included, replacement of original track lighting with recessed lighting, modification and custom painting of an existing cabinet in the living room and the addition of glass shelving above, removal and rebuild of a fireplace wall for an updated fireplace and new stone surround, installation of new kitchen countertops, backsplash and island top with exceptional waterfall sides, bathroom accessory replacement, and to finish the renovation, painting of the entire unit and refinishing all the wood floors. A well executed project that began on November 3rd and completed on December 20th.
