DCH Contractors’ first opportunity to work on Rittenhouse Square began in 2005. The owners purchased half of a floor overlooking the square and, with their designer, sketched out a beautifully custom home. Warm textures are present throughout the apartment- starting with the rich African rosewood and the wenge mill work, to the smooth venetian plaster and fabric accent walls- it welcomes you to come inside. Apartments are a way of life in the city and every opportunity was taken to tastefully disguise storage spaces into beautiful mill work that carries to every room of the home.
