DCH Contractors was founded in 2003 by David C. Horlacher as a family operated carpentry contracting company. David grew up in the construction industry working with his father remodeling homes in Bucks County. David took his talents as a carpenter to Philadelphia, spending twenty years perfecting his craft, graduating to general superintendent for a general contracting firm working on large scale and significant projects in the city. Going back to his residential roots, David started DCH Contractors to become more involved with both home and small business owners with a mission to deliver quality and expertly crafted homes and apartments. David takes great care to understand a client’s needs and he takes great pride in knowing that his work will be appreciated for generations to come. He is never one to shy away from a project, giving David a reputation of a builder who gets things done.
Lynda has been helping David with the administration and client relations of DCH Contractors since the beginning. Lynda takes each project personally. She ensures that the little details are attended to and the client’s expectations are met. Lynda is here to answer your questions with any type of interior home project and is full of ideas that could work in your home.
Timothy Horlacher started working for DCH Contractors during his high school summer vacations. He was introduced to the construction industry at a young age, learning from his father David and the talented carpenters and subcontractors found on each project. After his time at Temple University, Tim started full time as a project superintendent, managing the larger projects for DCH Contractors. Tim takes each project from the first meeting, to estimating the project, to the completion of construction.
Amanda Horlacher is our Design Project Manager. She is involved with each projects’ design, the materials and ordering schedules that keep our projects running smoothly. Amanda keeps the company looking forward with new design trends and the new materials that are offered in our ever-changing design conscious building environment.
