Industrial Loft

Everyone loves an industrial condo conversion, and this was no exception. Converted from a late 1800’s warehouse to condos in 2007, we updated almost everything inside the home starting in 2020.

The bathroom had seen better days with very dated materials and a tub that was not needed by the new homeowner. The challenge we faced with this was mixing the integrity of the industrial nature with a chic bachelorette vibe. From the moody and dark bedroom to the open bright kitchen, leading to the cozy living room, we achieved this vision room by room. Even though the interiors are new, we wanted to layer in textures to achieve a “lived in” feeling. Small space storage was also a priority, with 1000sq.ft. to live in, everything needed to have a place. We upgraded the kitchen drawer boxes to two tiered options for utensils and junk drawer storage. Each closet has a reach in interior suited for the use; linen, entry, bedroom closet.
