Loch Bar

Loch Bar is the newest addition to the Avenue of the Arts dining experience! Situated on the ground floor corner of the premiere Arthaus Condominium Building, Loch Bar is a Maryland Style seafood restaurant offering lunch and dinner service seven days per week. The restaurant is owned and operated by the Atlas Restaurant Group.

DCH Contractors was commissioned to transform the raw space into an intimate dining room and fully functional commercial kitchen.

Attention to detail is impeccable in this custom restaurant. All walls are covered in a two-toned tile finish with black and white marble accents that are complimented with the large wood trim details. A ribbon of antique glass wraps around the upper walls to draw your eye up to the massive ceiling heights. The ceiling is dotted with custom light fixtures to give the dining room its intimate glow and draw you in from the sidewalk. There are four unique host stands, each serving a different purpose depending on their placement in the dining room. The tiled columns add a shimmer of texture whether inside the dining room or just walking on the sidewalk. The private dining room offers an old-world dining experience with its red leather tufted booth, antique mirror walls and the black wood trim surrounding the clean white marble table. A 70’ long drink and raw bar complete the 195-seat restaurant. The custom liquor shelves behind the bar with lighting that can change color picture frame the large TVs as patrons can sit and enjoy their cocktails. 

Completed in only 7 months, this restaurant was full steam ahead from the first shovel in the ground. We hope you can visit the restaurant to enjoy the ambiance and a delicious meal.
