This new construction townhouse development presented an opportunity for DCH Contractors to be a part of the Expanding Old City Districts’ diverse and unique residential homes. This project consisted of eight townhomes, seamlessly Blending together on the exterior to present a handsome facade, with each interior customized by the owner to fit their own aesthetic and lifestyle. The center driveway creates an intimate enclave that allows you to feel at Home when pulling up to your front door.
Standing four stories tall, the living space is located on the second floor presenting a special vista from the front windows into the common drive while a rear terrace off the kitchen provides a private outdoor escape. The master suite on the top floor has his and her walk-in closets, a large master bathroom with walk-in shower and an additional private terrace. The open stairs with vertically rising windows allows light to pour into the house creating the openness that is sometimes lost in city townhouses. Heat treated Poplar trimmings with floor to ceiling windows creating a light filled interior and architecturally significant facade that adds character to a neighborhood full of history.
