Symphony House Hat

15 years after the building completion, DCH Contractors was tasked with recoating the top Hat of the Symphony House Condominium. This project included a custom scaffold rig to hold the worker swing stage for access, consultations with chemical coating companies to specify a durable system and coordination of mobilizing and demobilizing the project on the 35th floor roof.
